Anthropic processes Operator Data under commercial terms that prohibit using it to train their models, consistent with Section 6.4 of the Terms of Service. Google is used only for text extraction from documents that have no readable text layer, under that provider's standard terms. Our hosting and database providers store and transmit candidate content in the ordinary course of running the Service. Our inbound email provider receives candidate content where you use resume ingestion by email. Our payment, rate-limiting, and analytics providers do not receive candidate content. Our application runs in a United States region. Each subprocessor's own processing locations are set out in its data processing agreement, which we can provide on request.
